These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Joom (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to use Joom. By registering, you confirm the age and identity information you provide is accurate. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person — impersonating someone else, or creating an account for someone under 18, is not allowed. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE When using Joom, you agree not to: - Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates others' rights. - Use another person's photos, or otherwise misrepresent who you are. - Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users. - Scrape, spam, or use automated tools against the Service. - Attempt to bypass our moderation, verification, payment, or withdrawal systems. Violating these may result in content removal, a warning, or a permanent ban, at our discretion. 4. CONTENT AND MODERATION You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you post, but grant Joom a license to host, display, and moderate that content so the Service can function. We may review, flag, or remove any photo or profile — including one you've already uploaded — that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and may reject or revoke a Verified badge at any time. Sharing photos inside a chat requires both participants to agree; either person can decline or withdraw that agreement at any time, and doing so does not end the conversation itself. 5. MESSAGING To help keep the community balanced, some accounts have a daily limit on starting new conversations, shown in-app and adjustable by us from time to time; continuing a conversation you've already started is never limited by this. Premium removes this daily limit entirely. 6. PAYMENTS, COINS, GIFTS & PREMIUM Joom offers optional paid features, including Coins (a virtual currency used for boosts, super likes, and gifts), Gifts you can send other members, and Premium subscription tiers. We support payment by card and PayPal through our payment processors, by supported cryptocurrencies, and, in some regions, by manual local payment methods that our team reviews before crediting your account. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Premium subscriptions renew for the period you selected unless cancelled beforehand from Settings. 7. GIFTS, DIAMONDS & WITHDRAWALS Gifts you receive convert into Diamonds, which you may request to withdraw as real currency. Withdrawals require completing identity verification (submitting a government-issued ID for our review), are subject to any minimum amount and processing fee shown at checkout, and require our approval. We may decline, delay, reverse, or claw back a withdrawal we reasonably believe is fraudulent, tied to a violation of these Terms, or fails identity verification. Any local-currency amount shown for a withdrawal is an estimate based on an exchange rate we configure and may differ from the rate your bank or wallet provider ultimately applies. 8. TERMINATION You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently erases your account and associated data and cannot be undone. We may suspend or ban an account that violates these Terms, defrauds another user, or endangers the safety of our community, without prior notice. 9. DISCLAIMERS Joom helps people connect but doesn't run background checks on users and can't guarantee the accuracy of anyone's profile. In markets with fewer members, a small number of profiles you see in Discover or Explore may be operated by Joom itself to demonstrate how the app works; these accounts never send or receive messages. You're responsible for your own safety when communicating with or meeting other users — see our Safety Center for guidance. 10. CHANGES We may update these Terms as Joom evolves.
